We’ve temporarily added a new service for you and need your feedback! We know your time is important to you, so we have been looking for a way to make scheduling easier. No matter where you are, or what time of day or night it is, you are able to see available days and times for each provider! To try it now, click here: Live Scheduling App
Also, here’s a step by step tutorial on how to use the scheduling tool:
If you are on Facebook, below our header you will see a button that says, “Book Now!” Click that button and it will take you to the following screen: (If you are on our website ExcellenceByChoice.net, our header has rotating pictures in it. On the bottom half of those photos is a button that says “Schedule Your Appointment Today!” This will also take you to this same scheduling screen!)
Click on the photo of the provider you would prefer to schedule your reservation with, and then the following options will appear. Next, click on the type of appointment you are needing;
Once you click on the appointment type you are needing, that providers schedule will open up below. (You might need to scroll down). When you find the opportunity that works best for you, click on the white box, and a box will open showing you the available times. Select the available time that works best for you.
Now you’re almost done! Scroll down below the schedule and the next step is to enter the information of the person the reservation is for. If the reservation is for a minor, please put the name of the parent or guardian in the box where you can describe the reason for your reservation.
Then click, “Request Appointment!”
Next it will take you to a screen that says “Thank you” and a notification will be sent to your email. If the request was submitted during business hours, the first available person will either confirm your request, or if that time is no longer available, they will contact you as soon as possible.
If the reservation request was made after business hours, the first available person will confirm your reservation as soon as the office is open.
